At Federal Disability Retirement Services, we will guide you through Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Disability Retirement process. We will:

• Complete OPM Disability Retirement Paperwork; we will complete all paperwork, and send to you for review and signing.

• Prepare your application for Social Security Disability.

• Assist with any questions or requests the Social Security Administration might have.

• Compile your medical records to present a complete picture of your injuries and conditions.

• Mail paperwork to your employing agency and provide assistance with any follow up.

• Provide any additional information OPM might request once they receive the application.

In the rare event that your application is denied, we will submit an appeal on your behalf.
